We made these pretzel dogs over the weekend and they turned out pretty good… the hubs found the recipe at joythebaker.com and wanted to try it out. These are the pics we took during the process:

Franks beef hot dogs
The dough rolled into ropes and wrapped around hot dog halves
After boiling in baking soda water for 30 seconds
Brushed with beaten egg and sprinkled with salt and pepper
Baked and served with honey mustard sauce–yum:)
