I made this asparagus dish for dinner last week and it was delish! First, wash and trim a pound or two of asparagus and place on baking sheet. drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with bread crumbs that have been tossed with a little butter (I used home made bread crumbs from my left over bread cubes by pulsing them in my food processor–they were coarse and wonderful for this dish!)
Roast at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the asparagus is bright green and the bread crumbs are golden.
